(01) How it’s done
On the day
Measured during the whole-body MRI with a dedicated fat-fraction sequence (MRI-PDFF). It adds no time to your scan.
We report the percentage of fat in the liver, which is far more precise than the ultrasound used in most check-ups.
(02) Why it matters
What it tells us
Fatty liver affects about one adult in four, including many who are slim and drink little.
It is reversible when caught early, and it is closely tied to insulin resistance, so we read it with your blood sugar results.
(03) Same system
Metabolism & blood
Measured on the same day, read by the same physician.
