About these terms
These terms apply when you book an Assessment or join the membership at Assay Clinic Ltd, 18 Wigmore Street, London W1U 2RF. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Booking
A place is confirmed when you receive our email. You can move your date free of charge up to 48 hours before.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 48 hours before your day for a full refund. Within 48 hours we keep half the fee, because the place cannot be offered to someone else.
Prices and payment
Prices on this site include VAT where it applies. The Assessment is paid when you book. Membership is paid yearly or monthly.
Membership
Membership runs for twelve months and renews yearly. After the first year you can cancel with one month’s notice.
If you join within 60 days of a single Assessment, its cost comes off your first year.
Medical disclaimer
Assay does not provide urgent or emergency care. If you are unwell, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.
No test finds everything. A normal result lowers the chance of disease but does not rule it out. Your physician explains what each result means for you.
We work alongside your GP, not instead of them. With your permission we send them a summary after every Assessment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
