Privacy
What we collect
Your contact details, your medical history, the results of every test and scan, and the notes your physician writes. We collect only what we need to run your Assessment and membership.
How we keep it
Your records are encrypted and stored in the UK. Only the clinicians caring for you and our records manager can open them. We never sell or share your data for marketing.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can see, download, correct or delete your records at any time. Write to hello@assay.clinic and we reply within thirty days.
Terms
Booking
A place is confirmed when you receive our email. You can move your date free of charge up to 48 hours before.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 48 hours before your day for a full refund. Within 48 hours we keep half the fee, because the place cannot be offered to someone else.
Membership
Membership runs for twelve months and renews yearly. After the first year you can cancel with one month’s notice.
Medical disclaimer
Not an emergency service
Assay does not provide urgent or emergency care. If you are unwell, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.
What our tests can and can’t do
No test finds everything. A normal result lowers the chance of disease but does not rule it out. Your physician explains what each result means for you.
Your GP
We work alongside your GP, not instead of them. With your permission we send them a summary after every Assessment.

Essential cookies keep the site working. With your consent we also use privacy-friendly analytics to see which pages are read. We use no advertising cookies.
